About Madeline Rose
Owner and board-certified mastectomy fitter, Jamie Walck opened the doors of Madeline Rose Mastectomy in January of 2022 in response to a steadily growing need for women to have a source close to home to obtain mastectomy and compression garments.
While working at a local clinic that offered orthotics and prosthetics but no longer offered mastectomy fittings, she daily found herself face to face with women looking for mastectomy bras and breast prosthetics.
Bothered by the fact that she had to tell women they would need to travel out of the area to get their mastectomy products she decided to investigate the process of becoming a Certified Mastectomy Fitter. Jamie Walck says, “The more I learned about mastectomy fitting the more I wanted to know. I just knew in my heart and soul that this was my calling.” Subsequently, what started as a curiosity eventually turned into a growing passion for women in her community who have been impacted by breast cancer.
The location at 100 Rano Blvd in Vestal, NY inside the Weis Plaza is not only convenient but also offers women a beautiful, comfortable, and private space that offers a great selection of mastectomy bras and prosthetics.
